The perpetrator of the attempted murder was not detained, as is done for a deed committed with violence, nor was he sought by the investigators, even though he had fled the scene. With the first orders issued by prosecutor Dorel Herban, the investigators acted with a double standard, collecting evidence from a single party, thus favoring the group that provoked the violence at Râul Alb. This practice continued throughout the entire criminal investigation. (video 14.1)
About Andrioni Alin nothing is officially known from 13:00 until around 17:00, when he appears present at the Haţeg Police headquarters where his car is examined. During this period of time the activists fabricated evidence, as I showed in the previous episodes, and the criminal investigation bodies were there and were collaborating directly with the perpetrators. From Andrioni Alin – the driver who drove the car over me and fled the scene – they did not collect biological samples for testing the blood alcohol level, even though the investigators knew that he had been at a party the night before the attempted murder. Andrioni declared before the prosecutor that he had celebrated his birthday at a guesthouse in the Retezat. So, there were “reasonable suspicions” that he might have been under the influence of alcoholic beverages when he dragged me under the wheels of his jeep. Even the examination of the car was…
…a business without witnesses, by petty arrangement
In connection with the examination of the car involved in the attempted murder, several irregularities can be observed, beginning with the prosecutor’s orders, which order: “Carrying out the search of the off-road vehicle, brand Hyunday Galloper, with three doors, navy blue, with the lower part of the doors and fenders gray” (doc.1). From these specifications we see that the relevant places on the car’s body were not indicated, given that it was already known with certainty that the car had driven over me. The normal thing would have been to collect evidence from the places where I had contact with the car: the front bumper and from under the car, where I was rolled and rubbed against the body. From these areas no evidence was collected, given that it was known that fresh blood traces had been found on the ground at 13:30, when the on-site investigation was made. In photo plates no. 25-26 it can be observed that on the front of the car a stainless-steel protective bar (bull-bar) was mounted, where a fragment of a fingerprint was discovered, which confirms that I had my hands on that bar. The forensic police within the Hunedoara County Police Inspectorate examined the car in the courtyard of the Haţeg police and drew up the report between 20:40 – 21:40.

Likewise, in the images filmed by Weidinger Gerit from inside the car, it is seen that I had my hands on those bars on the front of the car and that I held on to them the whole time, from the moment I was taken onto the hood until I was knocked under the car (doc.2). These elements were neglected, but that is not all. The examination of the car was not done in the presence of our lawyer – Paşca Mihai, who had filed the power of representation and assistance before the police bodies (doc.3). According to the report drawn up by inspector Groza Ștefan Bogdan, from the Hunedoara County Police Inspectorate, the examination was done only in the presence of the perpetrator, assisted by his lawyer. Without any witness and in the absence of any representative of the injured party. Attention!, we are talking about a file opened for the attempted crime of murder, in which the “murder weapon” is subjected to examination only in the presence of the criminal and his defender.
Stupidity Leaves Fingerprints on the Thread of the Investigation
The policemen did not respect even those summary indications offered by the prosecutor in the ORDER, where he says that I was injured “with the lower part of the doors.” The examiners give no information about this part of the vehicle; instead, details about the fingerprints left on the windows and doors are presented in lavish detail. As if the victim of the attempted murder had been the car that injured me.

What is stupefying is that, although they collected fingerprints, the “bodies” did not try to find out whose they are. No one, ever, was fingerprinted for a comparison with the collected evidence. Very probably, the investigators realized that the fingerprints on the jeep cannot be ours. All the scratches and blows on the car’s body were made with hard objects, but the evidence shows that the persons who were at the scene had nothing in their hands when the tragedy occurred. Only after the jeep drove over me did those accompanying me shout at the driver to alert him to stop, and then they ran after the car throwing stones. Now, the vehicle had already moved away and they had no way to scratch it or hit it from the side, as the photo plates show.

The scratches that appear in the photo plates from the report drawn up by the forensic police were not made at the scene. The way in which the examination of the car proceeded entitles me to suppose that Andrioni vandalized his car before reaching the police with it, in order to justify his criminal act. Why did the prosecutors and policemen “omit” to ask the witnesses who hit the car and with what at the scene? Why did they not investigate where and for what purpose the car was destroyed after it left the scene of the attempted murder?
For anyone willing to correctly analyze the data of the problem, it becomes obvious that the unfinished investigation of the fingerprints and the scratches on the car served only to suggest that we had vandalized the criminal’s jeep.
