Episode 15 – Accomplices in the Fabrication of Evidence

The hearings at the Haţeg Police headquarters began on Sunday evening in the presence of prosecutor Herban Dorel. The televisions were roaring: “How the mobsters wanted to kill the foreign journalists”. The TRUTH is that: There was no foreign journalist there, and the attempted murder was committed against me! Leordean Vasile admitted that he provoked the violence. But, publicly, we were already condemned, and the criminal investigation bodies began the inquiry as if it were their duty to confirm the “sentence” given by the “eco” propaganda (video 15.1).

Grave Irregularities in the Collection of Evidence

Herban Dorel, the first case prosecutor, issued four orders¹ by which he ordered the forensic police to identify and seize objects, documents, or computer data that may serve as means of evidence, including the physical examination of Leordean Vasile, in his capacity as victim. (Leordean had been hit, but refused to file a complaint.) Păun Gabriel was bypassed by this procedure, even though he appeared on all the news channels as the main victim of the “savage attack at Râul Alb”. Likewise, for the physical examination of Păun there is no report ascertaining the injuries, drawn up by the policemen. This decisive piece of evidence for clarifying the alleged injuries suffered by Păun Gabriel was never administered by the criminal investigation bodies. The confusion created by the police’s “negligence” allowed Păun to exaggerate with the whining. So that you understand how things stand. Păun claimed that he was the victim of an attempted murder, that he has broken ribs and an internal hemorrhage, but the doctors at the Haţeg Emergency Unit could not ascertain the injuries he reported, which is why Agent Green made a monstrous scandal at the Haţeg Hospital, recorded in the medical chart: “17:15, in the patient’s ward filming is done by persons without the institution’s consent. The Police is requested on 112 to resolve the situation”².

The Investigators Encouraged the False Testimony

Beginning at 21:00, at the first hearings before the first case prosecutor, when we were being presented in the national news as “brutes” and “aggressors,” the first false testimonies also appear, given in the statements of the named: Andrioni Alin, Păun Gabriel, Sălăşan Luca, Leordean Vasile, and Leordean Sara, Weidinger Gerit, who tried to transfer the guilt onto us. Prosecutor Herban played along with them by the fact that he did not detain the perpetrator of the attempted murder and began the criminal investigation IN REM (regarding the deed), even though he knew from the very beginning who the victim is, who the perpetrator of the crime is, and the serious consequences of the deed. In this context, Andrioni was heard as a witness and began to lie, encouraged by the biased attitude of prosecutor Herban: “The aggressors surrounded my car, I did not notice exactly how many of them, I only know that they were on all sides and threw boulders at the car. In this context, me driving in first gear, with the car on an unarranged road, with potholes, one of the aggressors jumped from the left side onto the hood and grabbed the front bar with his hand. He was with the upper part of his body leaning on the hood, with his hand he held on to the front bar that I have mounted in front, and with his feet alongside the fender. I point out that I really got frightened when I saw him and I did not realize what he intends to do. I suspect that he intended to stop me. I was with the car in motion, turning to the right, and from the balance of the car, this man fell off the car” (doc.1). This first statement given by Andrioni Alin Constantin follows the scenario launched a few hours earlier by the two chiefs of the Hunedoara County Police Inspectorate at the steps of the helicopter: “
The dead man had to be guilty”. In those moments it was not known whether I would survive, and the policemen were conducting the inquiry in favor of the fake environmentalists. In this context Andrioni declared that he “suspects” that I placed myself in front of the car so that it would not pass and that it is my fault that I reached the point of losing my life. Further, the witnesses change their statements as if on command, three times…

Three Times False Testimonies

If we look carefully at the witnesses’ statements, we will observe that they all modify their depositions identically, as if written from dictation. At the first hearings we have the first radical change in the statements given by Leordean Vasile, Sălăşan Luca, and Leordean Sara, compared with what they said before the policemen who made the on-site investigation. The witnesses declare that they were the victims of a “savage attack” and that Andrioni’s deed would have occurred within the limits of legitimate self-defense. There followed a period in which the dismissal of the case was sought. Then they all modified their statements, “pleading” that I had placed myself in front of the car. Then, when it had become obvious that the case would reach the court, the group turned on command, like a well-conducted choir, to protect the criminal, claiming that they did not see or no longer remember what happened.

Leordean Vasile, the “activist” who provoked us from the very moment of our arrival at the site, admits at the scene in his verbal statements (filmed by the gendarmes) that he triggered the hostilities as soon as we arrived, by punching our ATV. During the on-site investigation, Leordean indicates with precision “the place where the off-road vehicle driven by Andrioni Alin-Constantin was parked (photo 29) and the place up to which he dragged Bocea Mihalache under the car (photo 30), after which (Andrioni) fled”. From the analysis of the on-site investigation report it results that Leordean Vasile was assaulted by Coman Alin only after Andrioni Alin fled the scene (doc.2).

Subsequently, the witness changes his deposition three times in succession, until he comes to say that he did not see anything of what Andrioni committed. Thus, in the first written statement, Leordean upholds the lies that were already running on social networks: “Those in the ATV got out and began to assault us with fists and feet, they chased us, me they knocked down, being closer to them, and they hit me (…). During the incident, at one point I saw how all the aggressors climbed onto my car and Andrioni’s, shouting and pulling at the doors. They climbed onto my car and hit it with stones, namely on the windshield. At that moment Alin left, when the aggressors were climbed onto the two cars.” Although the incident was filmed from several different angles, there is no image to justify these lies declared by Leordean Vasile. He no longer admits even the fact that he triggered the conflict, but he declares that he saw how I was run over by the car: “I saw how one of our aggressors was under the car and the car kept going, until it passed the man who was under it. At the same time our other aggressors were running alongside Alin’s car, and he did not stop the car anymore, leaving with it toward the village. The man who remained down, after Alin Andrioni drove the car over him, remained on the ground and no longer moved, but he was conscious” (doc.3).I
n the second statement, a few days later, Leordean remembers only what is convenient for his comrades: “I could not observe exactly what happened, however, when the car driven by Andrioni moves toward the exit road to Coroiești, and I saw that behind it is the body of a person lying on the ground. (…) In connection with the aspect recorded in the previous statement, regarding the fact that Andrioni would have driven the car over a person, I point out that I was in a state of tension and I cannot confirm whether this is real, or at least, I consider that things stand as I have shown today”(doc.4).
At the last hearings, the activist’s “amnesia” becomes total:
“Question: Did you see the moment of Bocea Mihalache being hit by the vehicle?
Answer: No. I did not see this moment, and only the car moving away and with the group of the others running after it” (doc.5).Notable is the fact that, at the hearings, Leordean Vasile refused to take the oath on the grounds that his religion forbids him to swear. It seems that religion could not stop him regarding the ninth commandment – “Do not lie!”.

Sălăşan Luca is the second “eco” witness who initially, at the scene, indicated “with precision” the dynamics of the crime: “The named Sălăşan Luca indicates to us the place where the off-road vehicle driven by Andrioni Alin-Constantin was parked (photo 34), the place where he hit the victim Bocea Mihalache (photo 35), and the place up to which he dragged him under the car (photo 36), after which (Andrioni) fled.” Once at the hearings, Sălăşan Luca suffers memory loss from one statement to another.

In the first statement, he upheld the same lies that we began to hit them from the start. He also went further, as the two policemen did at the steps of the helicopter, that I tried to stop Andrioni’s car: “Those in the ATV began to hit Vasi, he fell to the ground and they continued to hit him (…) They shook the cars, pulled at the doors, threw stones but did not manage to open the doors because we had locked them (…) At one point, while I was trying to calm Sara down, I noticed Andrioni’s car – which was stopped between the warning signs and our car, and, when it was approximately between us and the road, slightly in front of us, in the area in front of Andrioni’s car, I am not sure whether he was totally on the hood with his feet in the air or partially on the car but with his feet on the ground, there was a man whom I perceived as trying to stop Andrioni’s car from leaving the area.” Sălășan admits and reinforces the information recorded in the report, that he saw when I was taken onto the hood of Andrioni’s car: “ I saw the man who was previously on the hood, being fallen to the ground, in a lying position, and Andrioni’s car I believe had left toward the descending direction” and confirms the on-site investigation report: “At the scene some photographs were taken, I believe by a policeman, I indicated what I knew, then we were brought to the Haţeg Police headquarters” (doc.6).
A few days later, the witness no longer admits that he saw the moment when I was hit and carried on the car’s hood: “The Jeep driven by Andrioni initially moved forward, then made a turn to the right to avoid us, and in those moments I saw a man who was in front of Andrioni’s car. After that, I turned toward Sara who was in a state of shock” (doc.7). At the third deposition
 written, Sălăşan gives up the excuse of looking elsewhere and ends by hiding the truth on the basis of amnesia: “I do not remember whether I saw the moment when Andrioni Alin drove the car over Bocea Mihalache, but I remember the moment when Bocea Mihalache was lying on the ground and someone was holding him slightly raised with one hand. I do not have a clear image of what happened, whether he hit him, drove over him, or did not drive over, I no longer know”(doc.8).

Leordean Sara Mădălina follows the same scenario of progressively mendacious testimonies that the other two “defenders of the (criminal) environment” also gave. At the scene, she shows “with precision” (photos 31, 32, and 33 from the report) how I was hit by the car and the place up to which I was dragged by the jeep with which Andrioni fled, after which, at the hearings, she claims in two statements that I had thrown myself in front of the car. However, unlike the others, Leordean Sara admits, in her third and last deposition, that she lied regarding the fact that I had thrown myself on the hood.
First written statement: “I saw the moment when Andrioni Alin left with his car, and while a part of those in the ATV were hitting Alin’s car with fists and feet, one of them threw himself on the hood of the car driven by Andrioni Alin. I did not see then that that man was run over by Andrioni Alin’s car, but only those in the ATV shouted afterward: ‘He ran over him with the car!’; ‘You came here to kill people!’. Once again I point out that I saw that man only throw himself on the hood of the car, I did not see him run over by the car”. (doc.9).
Second statement. “Question from lawyer Barbul Sibiu: Can you specify what movements the person who threw himself over the hood of Andrioni Alin’s car made? Answer: “I saw that that man was positioned to the left of the car, the car was turning to the right, and that man jumped on the hood, in order to stop it. (…) I was very frightened, but I observed precisely that that man threw himself on the hood” (doc.10).
Third statement: “when I looked through the window toward Andrioni’s car, I saw an individual whom I did not know, later I found out that his name is Bocea, he was clinging to the hood on the left side of Alin Andrioni’s car, somehow caught at the middle, but I got frightened and put my hands over my eyes and did not see what happened in the following seconds.
Question from lawyer Frânc: Did you see Mr. Bocea throwing himself on the hood of the car? Answer: I declare that several persons were throwing themselves on the car at the moment when Alin tried to flee from there,
I did not see him throwing himself but I deduced that this could have happened.
Question from lawyer Frânc: Why did you declare in the statements of 18.06.2015 and 24.05.2015 that you saw Mr. Bocea throwing himself on the hood of the car?

Answer: I do not know what I declared in the previous statement, but under the pressure of the moment, the statement being made a few hours after the incident, I may have said that Mr. Bocea threw himself on the car” (doc.11).

How can you say that you did not see a criminal deed that took place before your eyes? There an out-of-the-ordinary event occurred, which involuntarily draws the gaze: you see it even if you did not want to. How can you declare that you did not see, when you yourself indicated “with precision the place where the named Bocea Mihalache was hit, as well as the place up to which the victim was dragged under the car”?! How is it possible that the officers who conducted the hearings accepted the mendacious statements, having in the file the on-site investigation report, a document assumed by all the witnesses, which shows “with precision” these details?!

This series of rhetorical questions confirms the scenario launched a few hours earlier by the two chiefs of the Hunedoara County Police Inspectorate at the steps of the helicopter: “The dead man is guilty.” The criminal investigation bodies and the gang of “eco” agents completely ignored the evidence administered at the scene, as well as the fact that the criminal act took place before the eyes of 14 persons. Next you will see that, despite the attempts at cover-up, the facts are obvious and could not be hidden indefinitely.
