That is all it took the criminal who, looking at me in cold blood while he was filming, pressed the accelerator pedal until I was dragged under the car and pulled over a distance of 6 meters, moments in which the vehicle passed with the left rear wheel over me, leaving me almost dead on the ground, after which he fled the scene. (video 9.1)
It was Sunday, 24 May 2015, at 13:00, when Andrioni drove the car over me and I remained paralyzed on the ground. The 112 emergency service was notified immediately, and I was transported to the hospital. At 13:30 the on-site investigation began, and the case reached the first-instance court after six years, three months, and 12 days. The perpetrator of the deed was not detained for even a second for the deed committed with violence, and the moral authors of the attack at Râul Alb continued the lynching against me even in those moments after the attempted murder, when no doctor could predict that I would survive. In this episode we present to you the film of the event as it actually happened, based on images filmed by the very agents of influence, but presented in a logical and chronological sequence, not chaotically and tendentiously as they were presented by the investigators and the NGO press. The images prove that they provoked us to violence, after which Andrioni Alin committed the attempted murder, intentionally driving the car over me.
“Sunday” Environmentalists
Andrioni Alin, Păun Gabriel, Leordean Vasile, Sălăşan Luca, and Leordean Sara met on 24.05.2015, around 11:00-12:00, and left with two off-road vehicles for the area of the construction site at Râul Alb. The raid had been meticulously prepared over the course of several months, as I showed in the previous episodes. One detail nevertheless stands out, confirming that the visit did not have the purpose of a real on-site documentation: they came “to the spot” on a Sunday at noon. Why would anyone choose a non-working day to see with their own eyes how work is being carried out on a construction site? Why make a documentation on a Sunday, when you cannot obtain information from the factors involved, namely: environmental authorities, builders, investors? Under the cover of “documentation,” the visit was exactly what it proved to be: a violent attack, organized with the aim of removing us from the area at any cost. Even through murder. They went all in because the other maneuvers had failed. I had been monitored, harassed, and slandered ever since 2014. They knew everything about the construction site at Râul Alb. They had very clear information about us, Leordean Vasile and Leordean Sara being from a neighboring village; they knew that on Sunday at noon the villagers gathered at the village tavern, where our employees usually went as well. On Sundays we do not work, so they had no way to capture supposed illegal activities at the micro-hydropower plant. When the two cars with activists passed through the village of Coroieşti, near the tavern they slowed down and filmed, provocatively, Coman Alin, Coman Neluțu, Bocea Adrian, and Vințonescu Gabriel. After that they went on, stopping at the site of the micro-hydropower plant, which is one kilometer upstream of the village, there where the panels with the text “Construction site in progress” were. My son and the other employees who had been filmed came to tell me that we are again being visited by those who denigrate us in the press. I decided to go talk with them, to see what they wanted, in the hope that they would understand and would stop harassing us. I was joined by those who had alerted me and by the members of the Coman family with whom I was just having lunch. (Coroieşti is a mountain village in which not much happens; the people were curious and I could not stop them.) On the way I cautioned everyone to stay calm: “Mr. Bocea got out and told us not to pick on them, that he would talk to them” (doc1).
The “Eco” Agents Provoked the Violence at Râul Alb
At the moment when I reached the site, I noticed that Păun Gabriel was filming us, and I drew their attention that he was on a private property. Coman Nelu and Lascu Cornel told them out loud: “What are you doing on a private property? What are you doing here? Who are you? Why are you filming?”. I did not know who they were; I had never seen them before. Andrioni Alin, Păun Gabriel, and Weidinger Gerit were filming us, and Leordean Vasile punched the windshield of our ATV when I stopped next to him and began, for no reason, to shove me and to urge me to hit him. I did not respond to the provocations. The only discussions between us and them, before Andrioni Alin drove the car over me, were:
Bocea Mihalache: “Wait, wait, leave him, leave him.”
Leordean Vasile: “Hit him!”
Bocea Mihalache: “Who are you? Who are you?”
Leordean Vasile: “It does not matter who I am. Hit him!”
Bocea Mihalache: “Who are you?”
Leordean Vasile: “Hit him!” (video 9.2).

From the Provocation of Violence to the Attempted Murder
From the images filmed by Andrioni Alin, it can be seen that, at the moment when I got out of the ATV, Leordean came toward me in a boxer’s stance. Seeing that I am being provoked to violence, I put my palms over his hands and passed on by him. I reached the right side of the car, which was moving at a very low speed (2-3 km/h), and I noticed that the driver and the person on the right were ostentatiously filming us. It seemed suspicious to me that the driver had the hood of his sweatshirt pulled over his head. Why camouflage yourself under a hood on a sunny summer day, being inside the car? Naturally, I wanted to see who the persons filming on our property were, so I continued to walk alongside the jeep with tinted windows in the back. When I reached the level of the right front wheel, the driver suddenly swerved toward me. Out of fear of being hit, I retreated a few steps back and ended up in front of the car. When Andrioni realized that I had seen his face, he accelerated and took me onto the car’s hood. I managed to grab the car’s bullbar with my hands and held on as much as I could to save myself. I did not manage, however, to lift my feet off the ground, and I was pulled under the car. The driver did not brake at all, continued to accelerate, and fled the scene.

My son and those who were accompanying us, when they saw that I had been hit by the car, were frightened and shouted very loudly at the driver: “Heyyy!.. Stop!…” Likewise, Weidinger Gerit was frightened when she saw that I had been taken onto the hood and screamed at the driver not to drive over me:
“Shit! (translator’s note: “La dracu”)…
Shit, shit (t.n.: “La dracu! La dracu!”)…haaa!
Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! (t.n.: “Dumnezeule! Dumnezeule! Dumnezeule!”)… Oh my God! (t.n.: “Dumnezeule!”)…
Shit! you ran over him! – t.n.: “La dracu! Ai trecut peste el”) (video 9.3)
The spontaneous, collective, and identical reaction of those in my group, through shouts and hitting the car with their hands, at the same time, did not constitute an “attack” on the car, but was a natural, legitimate, and desperate reaction to make the driver stop the movement of the car with me on the hood.

All this happened in less than 30 seconds, from the moment I reached the site until the moment he drove the car over me. In this time interval there was no provocation or aggression on our part. From the images filmed by Păun Gabriel, from outside the car, it can be seen that those who were accompanying me became alarmed only at the moment when the driver suddenly swerved to the right toward me and took me onto the hood. They had nothing in their hands and did not touch Andrioni’s car, neither when it was stationary nor when it passed by them. When they saw how he hit me with the car and how he drove over me, leaving me paralyzed on the ground, almost dead, my son and those who were accompanying us ran to catch the criminal. After a few meters they realized that they could not reach him and threw two stones after the car, which they probably hit in the rear part.
How Would You React if a So-Called Environmentalist Drove the Car Over Your Father?
During the commission of the attempted murder, the driver had the hood of his sweatshirt on his head, a hood that he took off before entering the village. What does that mean? Obviously, he did not want to be seen. Let us not forget that at that time he called himself “the Vigilante of Hațeg.” A cowardly troublemaker, about whom the local press kept talking: “Alin Andrioni, known as “the Vigilante of Haţeg,” ran, in recent years, for the office of mayor or member of parliament in Ţara Haţegului, on behalf of several parties, losing, each time, lamentably. No election campaign in which Andrioni participated was without scandals, he being

In those moments of confusion and panic, Lascu Cornel noticed Păun Gabriel, who was standing aside and continued to film me. These are the circumstances in which a brief aggression against him broke out. Păun Gabriel was not beaten “instantly,” as he lied in all the statements and interviews he gave. In reality, he filmed permanently: from when we arrived at the site until Andrioni Alin left the scene. The emotions provoked by the fact that I had been driven over and was almost dead on the ground cannot be described. In those moments, all those present – even the “environmentalist” provocateurs – were shocked by the extreme and inexplicable violence of the act committed by Andrioni Alin. My son and the others reacted only as a result of the emotional impact provoked by the cruelty of the deed. I do not know how anyone else would react, at the moment when he sees a “savior of the environment” driving the car over his father, over a relative, or over another innocent person (video 9.4).
The entire incident has 4 (four) crucial moments, in chronological order: 1. Leordean Vasile incites to violence immediately as we arrived at the site, triggering a state of tension between the parties; 2. Andrioni Alin takes advantage of the agitation of the moment and commits the attempted murder “in cold blood”; 3. My son and the other persons present become alarmed seeing that I had been taken onto the hood of the car and try to stop the car that was driving over me before their eyes; 4. After Andrioni’s car moved away, the locals returned to the scene, and only then did Lascu Cornel and Antal Andrei assault Păun Gabriel, and Coman Alin assaulted Leordean Vasile. Immediately after the attempted murder, Andrioni Alin together with Păun Gabriel spread the lie that we attacked them instantly and that I threw myself on the car. This lie did not hold up for a single moment. If that were so, my palms should have been on the hood, not alongside my body, gripping that bar. No one throws himself head first without using his hands to protect his face. At the scene there were 14 persons at a very small distance from one another. They all saw how I was knocked to the ground by the car driven by Andrioni Alin. With certainty, he knew what he was doing. He intentionally drove the car over me and did not for a single moment try to avoid me in any way, after which he fled the scene, without caring that he had left me almost dead on the ground.
How the #Agents of influence distorted reality after fleeing the scene is mind-boggling, as you will be able to see from the following episodes.

Episode 10 – The On-Site Investigation, a Shred of Normality in the File
The on-site investigation began half an hour after the commission of the attempted murder. So, the criminal investigation bodies reached the scene immediately, where the traces of the incident were unaltered.
Episode 11 – Volunteers in the Hijacking of the Investigation
To understand the abuses that followed the attempted murder at Râul Alb, it is good to remember the context: it was 2015, the year in which justice was administered in the name of the “national interest” from the living room of General Gabriel Oprea, at the time Minister of the Interior.
Episode 12 – The Fabrication of Evidence, Between the Absurd and Villainy
After the frame-by-frame decomposition of Păun’s footage, it is very clearly seen in the frames that he was not assaulted “instantly.” The images show that Lascu Cornel and Antal Andrei were next to me when I got out of the ATV.
