The "eco" agents unleashed a broad disinformation campaign immediately after I was crushed under the car with which Andrioni Alin fled the scene. Three eco agents called the emergency service 112, reporting false information that Gabriel Păun was dying and another environmentalist had been beaten to death by us. The manipulation worked. A few hours later, when Păun appeared alive and unharmed on TV, no one investigated the alarmist lies strategically launched through "112". The propaganda had set the stage to transform me from a victim into an attacker. (video 12.1)
In Episode 9, we chronologically saw the moment of the attempted murder. It all lasted a few seconds, as evidenced by the footage taken by Păun. After the criminal Andrioni Alin fled, Gabriel Păun continued to film the events from somewhere on the side, being a few meters away from the scene of the attempted murder. Therefore, the assault on him did not happen "instantly," as he falsely declared publicly the next day: "they started beating us instantly, without warning, without asking, without telling us who they were or asking who we were and what we were doing there. Just fists and kicks..."
Exposed by His Own Footage
After breaking down Păun's footage frame by frame, it is very clear that he was not assaulted "instantly." The images show that Lascu Cornel and Antal Andrei were next to me when I got off the ATV. Then I moved away from Vasile Leordean, while Gabriel Păun was filming us from the side. After I was crushed by the car, when I was on the ground, the two "locals" can be seen moving after Andrioni Alin's car as it left the scene. Only after this episode do we see Lascu Cornel heading towards Gabriel Păun. Before Lascu reaches him, Păun is seen lowering himself to the ground and continuing to film. The images show that Lascu Cornel and Antal Andrei assaulted Gabriel Păun after the attempted murder occurred. These are reactions resulting from the strong emotions caused by Andrioni Alin's act.
Fleeing the Scene
A few seconds later, the two can be heard asking Păun not to leave the scene:
Gabriel Păun: I'm leaving! I didn't know what was going on here!
Person: Get back!
Gabriel Păun: Oh Lord! I'm a journalist, you can't treat me like this!
Person: Get back! Get back!
Gabriel Păun: You can't... say!... No... I'm calling the police...
Person: Get back!
Gabriel Păun: No. We're calling the police.
Person: Get in the car and get back!
Gabriel Păun: Man, I didn't know what was going on here!
Person: Get in and get back!
Gabriel Păun: I'm not going anywhere, I'm here in the village! (doc.1).
After the above dialogue, at 13:14, Păun left the scene of the attempted murder without any further incidents. Seven minutes later, he had already sent the first message in a series of three false reports, sent to friends asking them to call the Emergency Services 112 and report that he was seriously injured (with internal bleeding) and that he was in an area without signal (?!). How did Păun send the messages if he had no signal? Why didn't he call the Emergency Services himself? The facts clearly show that at those moments he acted, lucidly, with premeditation, following a well-prepared scenario from which the public was to learn that a team of "investigators," including foreign journalists, was savagely attacked and that an activist was killed (stabbed). Gabriel Păun's messages caused panic and confusion in the 112 emergency service.

At 13:21, Teodora Sinculeţ from Reşiţa called 112 saying she had been contacted by Gabriel Păun who told her that "they were attacked and one of the colleagues is dead, and he has internal bleeding." The woman gave the coordinates of the place from which Păun called, indicating that he was on the road between Coroieşti and Râul Mic, exactly on the route where intervention teams from the Police, Ambulance, and SMURD were coming at that time. Teodora Sinculeţ also told the 112 operator that Păun had turned off his phone and was hiding alone in a yard (audio 112).
Why run away from the Ambulance if you claim to have internal bleeding? Why hide from the police teams if you claim that "the attackers" are following you? Moreover, even after the police and gendarmes had taken control at Râul Alb, Păun continued to send alarming messages to friends. Thus, at 14:00, Lazăr Emanuel Constantin from Sibiu called 112 and requested a SMURD team at Coroieşti because Gabriel Păun had been beaten and was in very serious condition, and another activist had been stabbed and died. Also, journalist Befu Daniel from România Curată called the emergency service 112 at 14:21 and said he had been contacted by Gabriel Păun, who told him that "they were beaten there and one of them died" (doc.2). Which "they"? From the journalist's message, it is understood that it was about an environmental activist, although the reality was exactly the opposite: I was the victim of the attempted murder.
Nonsense About the Hidden Camera
The three "eco" agents who filmed the events – Andrioni Alin, Gabriel Păun, and his girlfriend from Austria – left the scene before the Ambulance and Gendarmerie intervened. Inexplicably, the case file does not contain a chronological presentation of the facts from which we can find out, minute by minute, what the fugitives did from 13:03 – when the attempted murder was reported, until around 20:05 in the evening – when Gabriel Păun's hearing began at the Haţeg Police headquarters. It is known precisely that Andrioni (with Weidinger Gerit filming as a passenger) ran over me with the car at 13:00, then continued his journey without going directly to the Police as would have been normal. The defendant claims he thought he was being followed by a purple car, which is why he decided to stop somewhere on the road to hide the video camera in a bush, "to save the evidence."

Here's what the young woman from Austria says in the statement given to the criminal investigation authorities:
Question: What happened to the filmed material?
Answer: We left by car and were very afraid that they would come after us and take the camera, so we hid it next to a tree.
Question from lawyer Chitic: On the video recording, the witness is heard saying: Oh God, God! You ran over him! What are the reasons you said that?
Answer: In that whole incident there, I saw someone with their hands on the hood sliding off the car, and then I thought he might have fallen under the car (doc.3).
The absurdity of hiding the camera is colossal! Why stop and get out of the car when you're being followed? Wouldn't it have been more natural for Andrioni to go straight to the Police knowing he had run over a man? What reason did he have to risk a walk through the bushes to stash some footage he wanted to hand over to the Police? From the scene of the attempted murder to the city of Haţeg is 17 kilometers, which takes only 19 minutes by car. Why didn't he go directly, without stopping? Also, the fugitives could have stopped at the first police station on their way, five kilometers away. (Closer than the bush where they hid the video camera.) Apparently, the stop makes no sense. In reality, their intention was not to hand over the camera to the police but to hide the footage to be edited, fabricated to their advantage, and disseminated through specific methods. Which is what happened a few hours later.
While Păun was hiding and manipulating with messages, the other two fugitives gave the impression that they entered and exited the Haţeg Police headquarters as if it were a pub. The young woman from Austria says she left the Police to retrieve the video camera she had hidden in the bushes a few minutes before presenting herself at the Police headquarters. Also, she says she was concerned about retrieving "Agent Green," so a policeman drove her to a taxi station in Haţeg. Does that seem normal to you? How come she didn't ask the police officers to accompany her? The answer is simple: at those moments, the activists were concerned with concealing and editing the footage.
"Eco" Scandal at Haţeg Hospital
At 14:50, Gabriel Păun is registered at the Haţeg Emergency Department. Then, for two hours, nothing is known about him, but at 17:15, an episode characteristic of "Agent Green Scandal" is recorded. Medical staff are assaulted with specific methods by the "innocent" defenders of the planet: "in the patient's room, filming is done by people without the institution's consent – the Police 112 is requested to resolve the situation." Another scandal, other recordings made in such a way as to put the victims in an unfavorable light in front of the public. The purpose of the scandal at Haţeg Hospital was to pressure the doctors. The activists wanted the doctors to confirm with documents what they were reporting as news through their friends in the NGO press. Păun claimed that "some giants" broke his ribs in a beating, but the X-ray did not show fractures. The scandal led to a compromise solution, a vague conclusion. The doctors concluded: "Possible fracture without displacement." At 17:35, Păun leaves Haţeg Hospital. The manipulation had achieved its objective. Only two days later, upon reinterpretation of the X-rays, the forensic doctor categorically refuted the diagnosis of "broken ribs" that Păun had (self-)imposed. The forensic doctor determined that: "no fracture lines are evident" (doc.4).
The Propaganda Turned Me from Victim into Attacker
Like the other fugitives, Gabriel Păun did not go directly to the Police. It is very clear to me that Gabriel Păun evaded criminal prosecution in the early hours to edit the footage taken during the attempted murder. From their statements, we deduce that Păun met first with Weidinger Gerit and lawyer Tudor-T
