The hearings at the Hațeg Police headquarters began on Sunday evening in the presence of prosecutor Dorel Herban. Television channels were abuzz: "How the mobsters tried to kill foreign journalists." The TRUTH is: There were no foreign journalists there, and the attempted murder was committed against me! Leordean Vasile admitted to provoking the violence. But publicly, we were already condemned, and the criminal investigation authorities began the inquiry as if it were their duty to confirm the "verdict" delivered by the "eco" propaganda.
Serious Irregularities in Evidence Collection
Dorel Herban, the first case prosecutor, issued four orders directing forensic police officers to identify and collect objects, documents, or digital data that could serve as evidence, including the physical examination of Leordean Vasile, in his capacity as a victim. (Leordean had been hit but refused to file a complaint.) Gabriel Păun was bypassed in this procedure, even though he appeared on all news channels as the main victim of the "savage attack at Râul Alb." Moreover, there is no official report documenting Păun's physical injuries prepared by the police. This crucial piece of evidence for clarifying the alleged injuries suffered by Gabriel Păun was never administered by the criminal investigation authorities. The confusion created by the police's "negligence" allowed Păun to exaggerate his complaints. To understand the situation: Păun claimed to be the victim of an attempted murder, stating he had broken ribs and internal bleeding; however, doctors at Hațeg Emergency Hospital could not confirm the injuries he reported, leading Agent Green to cause a major scandal at Hațeg Hospital, noted in the medical record: "At 17:15, individuals are filming in the patient's room without the institution's consent. Police are called via 112 to resolve the situation."
Investigators Encouraged False Testimonies
Starting at 21:00, during the initial hearings before the first case prosecutor, when we were being portrayed in national news as "brutes" and "aggressors," the first false testimonies appeared in the statements of: Andrioni Alin, Gabriel Păun, Sălășan Luca, Leordean Vasile, Leordean Sara, and Weidinger Gerit, who attempted to shift the blame onto us. Prosecutor Herban "played along" by not detaining the perpetrator of the attempted murder and initiating criminal proceedings IN REM (against the act), even though he knew from the outset who the victim was, who committed the crime, and the severe consequences of the act. In this context, Andrioni was heard as a witness and began to lie, encouraged by the prosecutor Herban's biased attitude:
"The aggressors surrounded my car; I didn't notice how many there were, just that they were all around, throwing stones at the car. In this context, while I was driving slowly on an unpaved road with potholes, one of the aggressors jumped from the left side onto the hood and grabbed the front bar. He was leaning over the hood, holding onto the front bar, with his feet near the fender. I was genuinely scared when I saw him and didn't realize what he intended to do. I suspect he intended to stop me. I was turning right, and due to the car's movement, this man fell off the car."
This initial statement by Andrioni Alin Constantin follows the narrative launched a few hours earlier by the two heads of the Hunedoara County Police Inspectorate at the helicopter's steps: "The dead man had to be guilty." At that time, it was uncertain whether I would survive, and the police were conducting the investigation in favor of the false environmentalists. In this context, Andrioni declared that he "suspected" I had placed myself in front of the car to prevent it from passing and that it was my fault I nearly lost my life. Subsequently, the witnesses changed their statements as if on command, three times...
Three Times False Testimonies
If we closely examine the witnesses' statements, we'll notice that all of them modify their testimonies identically, as if written under dictation. In the initial hearings, we see the first radical change in the statements given by Leordean Vasile, Sălășan Luca, and Leordean Sara, compared to what they told the police officers who conducted the on-site investigation. The witnesses claim they were victims of a "savage attack" and that Andrioni's actions occurred within the bounds of self-defense. Then came a period when the case was heading towards dismissal. At that time, all of them changed their statements, "pleading" that I had placed myself in front of the car. Later, when it became evident that the case would go to court, the group changed their tune again, as if directed by a well-conducted choir to protect the offender, claiming they didn't see or couldn't remember what happened.
Leordean Vasile, the "activist" who provoked us from the moment we arrived at the site, admits on-site in verbal statements (filmed by gendarmes) that he initiated the hostilities as soon as we arrived, punching our ATV. During the on-site investigation, Leordean precisely indicates "the place where the off-road vehicle driven by Andrioni Alin-Constantin was parked (photo 29) and the place up to where he dragged Bocea Mihalache under the vehicle (photo 30), after which (Andrioni) fled." From the analysis of the on-site investigation report, it appears that Leordean Vasile was assaulted by Coman Alin only after Andrioni Alin fled the scene.
Subsequently, the witness changes his testimony three times, eventually stating he saw nothing of what Andrioni did. Thus, in the first written statement, Leordean supports the lies already circulating on social media:
"Those from the ATV got down and started to assault us with fists and kicks, chased us, knocked me down as I was closer to them, and hit me (...). During the incident, at one point, I saw all the aggressors climbing onto my car and Andrioni's, shouting and pulling at the doors. They climbed onto my car and hit it with stones, especially the windshield. At that moment, Alin left when the aggressors were on both cars."
Even though the incident was filmed from multiple angles, there is no image to justify these lies stated by Leordean Vasile. He no longer admits to initiating the conflict but declares he saw me being run over by the car:
"I saw one of our aggressors under the car, and the car continued moving until it passed over the man who was under it. At the same time, the other aggressors were running alongside Alin's car, and he didn't stop the car, leaving towards the village. The man who remained on the ground after Alin Andrioni passed over him with the car stayed on the ground and didn't move but was conscious."
In the second statement, a few days later, Leordean remembers only what is convenient for his comrades:
"I couldn't observe exactly what happened, but when the car driven by Andrioni moved towards the exit road to Coroiești, I saw that behind it was the body of a person lying on the ground. (...) Regarding the aspect noted in the previous statement, about Andrioni running over a person with the car, I state that I was in a state of tension and cannot confirm if this is real, or at least, I consider things as I have shown today."
At the last hearings, the activist's "amnesia" becomes total:
"Question: Did you see the moment when Bocea Mihalache was hit by the vehicle?
Answer: No. I didn't see this moment, only the car moving away and the group of others running after it."
Notably, during the hearings, Leordean Vasile refused to take an oath, claiming his religion forbids swearing. It seems his religion didn't prevent him from violating the ninth commandment – "Thou shalt not bear false witness."
Sălășan Luca is the second "eco" witness who initially, on-site, precisely indicated the dynamics of the crime:
"Sălășan Luca indicates the place where the off-road vehicle driven by Andrioni Alin-Constantin was parked (photo 34), the place where he hit the victim Bocea Mihalache (photo 35), and the place up to where he dragged him under the vehicle (photo 36), after which (Andrioni) fled."
At the hearings, Sălășan Luca experiences memory loss from one statement to another.
In the first statement, he supported the same lies that we started hitting them from the beginning. He further claimed, as did the two police officers at the helicopter's steps, that I tried to stop Andrioni's car:
"Those from the ATV started hitting Vasi; he fell to the ground, and they continued to hit him (...) They shook the cars, pulled at the doors, threw stones but couldn't open the doors as we had locked them (...) At one point, while trying to
