<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>When I returned to the country from recovery, I saw the articles and films posted by the \u201cenvironmentalists.\u201d The facts were presented exactly the other way around, and I was described as an \u201cunderworld figure.\u201d That is when I also found the report made by Antena 1 Deva in the first days after the event. Coman Nelu told the reporter that I would be found guilty of the criminal attack committed against me<\/strong> (video 22.1)<\/a>. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> For a long time after the attempted murder I refused to believe that people close to us from the village of Coroie\u015fti could be party to the cover-up of the crime, even though I had indications that they had hidden facts and evidence that weighed heavily in finding out the truth. As soon as I reached the site I was provoked by a stranger, then another intentionally drove the car over me. At that moment I sensed that I had been drawn into a trap, and before I fainted I told Coman Nelu: \u201cWhat have you done, brother, have you killed me?!\u201d<\/em>. He claimed that I was more than a brother to him, and I treated him as a member of our family. <\/em>I did not know that he had struck a deal with mayor Daniel R\u0103ducanu two-three days before I was crushed under the wheels of the vehicle driven by Andrioni. The recruitment of Coman explains the fact that his two sons changed their statements and that \u201cour footage\u201d <\/em>did not come to be evidence in the file.<\/p>\n Coman Nelu knew all the details in connection with the investments, I had no secrets from him. He held the position of Business Manager \u2013 equipment management, and was responsible for coordinating the team at Coroie\u015fti. Likewise, his wife (Coman Vioneli) was employed at the firm. We all knew that we were being monitored and could not afford to make mistakes. I had other businesses as well and was not present in the area all the time. Coman Nelu informed me about the visits of the \u201ceco\u201d agents. I could not believe that my man of trust in the area was publicly saying that I would be found guilty.<\/p>\n Reporter: \u201cIf it had happened on a property in the United States, what do you think would have happened to him (the violator of the property)?<\/em><\/p>\n Coman Nelu: \u201cI think he would have taken a bullet in the head. Here, with us\u2026 a man is killed on his own property. They find him guilty\u2026 <\/strong>or I do not know what.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n On the day of the attempted murder, when I decided to go to talk with the environmental agitators, I told Coman Nelu and his son \u2013 Coman Alin, to record the meeting. I wanted to make sure that the harassers would not distort my words, as they had done so many times in the last months. As results from the Gendarmerie footage, Coman Nelu admits that he filmed the events:<\/p>\n Coman Nelu: \u201cI have the footage on my phone!<\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/em>Gendarme: \u201c From the images filmed by P\u0103un Gabriel it is clearly seen that the two captured the events. The footage made by them would have shown exactly how things happened in the \u201cScandal at R\u00e2ul Alb.\u201d Moreover, Coman Nelu transmitted, in those days, to the reporters of Antena 1 Deva: \u201cThe victim\u2019s family has video recordings and photographs that show what really happened there<\/strong>\u201d, <\/em>referring obviously to the footage made by him and his son. <\/em>My family did not know of their existence and did not talk with those at Antena 1 Deva about them. Those video recordings never came into our possession, nor to the case file.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> In his first statement, given beginning at 22:00 at the Ha\u0163eg Police headquarters, before prosecutor Herban Dorel, Coman Nelu says that: \u201c\u2026I took a photograph with a camera I had on me, in which the cars and the way in which they had parked appear\u201d <\/em>(doc.1)<\/em><\/a>.<\/em> After only a few hours from the confession made to the gendarmes (\u201cI have the footage!\u201d<\/em><\/strong>), the video recording disappears completely from the \u201clandscape.\u201d Coman Nelu did not hand over to the case prosecutor those photographs and recordings, nor did he give them to me, even though he had made them with the phone and the camera received from me. When I asked him for them, he tersely told me that he no longer has them.<\/p>\n The greatest shock, however, was when I saw that the people I cared about very much, Coman Nelu and his children \u2013 Alin and Nelu\u0163u Jr., changed their statements and began to lie, saying that they did not see how I was hit by the car.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> At first Coman Nelu <\/strong>says that \u201cFrom the position I was in, although my view was partially obstructed by Leordean Vasile\u2019s car, I managed to see the moment when he took him onto the hood <\/strong>and I ran toward the back of Leordean\u2019s car, observing that Andrioni\u2019s car carried him on the hood a few meters<\/strong>, up to about 4-5 meters from the back of Leordean\u2019s car, when Bocea fell under the wheels, Andrioni\u2019s car driving with the right wheels, front and rear, over the body of Bocea Mihalache\u201d <\/em>(doc.2)<\/em><\/a>. Subsequently<\/strong>, Coman \u201cSenior,\u201d the man who said that I was more than a brother to him, turns around and says that: \u201cI did not observe <\/strong>the moment when Mr. Bocea reached the ground, observing only the moment when, after the car drove with the right rear wheel over Mr. Bocea, he remained behind the car <\/em>(doc.3)<\/em><\/a>. <\/em>\u00a0In the last statement<\/strong>, Coman Nelu justifies, somewhat, his lack of sincerity \u201cI point out that at present the relations between my family and Mr. Bocea\u2019s are no longer the same as when I worked for him<\/strong>\u201d.<\/em> (He does not say the reason, but that is another story.) Then, Coman \u201cpunishes\u201d me for the deterioration of our relations and pretends that he turned his head away from the crime scene, as a part of the \u201cactivists\u201d also mendaciously declared: \u201cAt the moment when Andrioni Alin left with the car, turning to the right, when I turned my head, I saw Mr. Bocea Mihalache with both hands stretched forward, but I did not see him leaning against the car<\/strong>, because I was positioned at a point where I had no visibility<\/strong>. When the car turned, I saw Bocea Mihalache under the car and I saw how the right rear wheel drove over his chest\u201d <\/em>(doc.4)<\/em><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> Coman Alin \u015etefan, <\/strong>the eldest son of Coman Nelu, in the first statement relates the facts correctly<\/strong>: \u201cBocea Mihalache tried to talk with the driver of the Hyundai car, namely with Andrioni Alin. Bocea Mihalache positioned himself to the lateral right of the Hyundai. At the moment when Bocea Mihalache approached, the driver of the Hyundai car, about whom I found out that his name is Andrioni Alin, set off, swerved right, skidded, took Bocea Mihalache onto the hood and drove with the right front wheel over Bocea Mihalache<\/strong>. The Hyundai continued to move toward the village. At the moment when the Hyundai set off, Bocea Mihalache put his hands on the hood of the car in order to protect himself<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> (doc.5)<\/em><\/a>.<\/em> Coman Nelu\u0163u \u2013 Alexandru<\/strong>, the youngest son of Coman Nelu, in the first statement admits that he saw how I was hit by the car: \u201cAs I have shown, we all took cover, but I cannot figure out what happened to Bocea Mihalache since he was taken onto the hood and after he moved about a meter he fell in front of the car. I mention that he was positioned in front, in the area of the half toward the driver. My opinion is that Bocea Mihalache did not manage to take cover from in front of the car<\/strong>\u201d <\/em>(doc.7)<\/em><\/a>. <\/em> During the on-site investigation all the witnesses, including the \u201cactivists\u201d Leordean Vasile, S\u0103l\u0103\u0219an Luca, and Leordean Sara, said that they saw and indicated \u201cwith precision<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> the moments of the commission of the attempted murder (Episode 10)<\/em>. That is why they had the same spontaneous and natural group reaction<\/strong>, a reaction that cannot be explained rationally and credibly except through the existence of a single external stimulus <\/strong>that acted upon them at the same time, in the same way <\/strong>and that determined them to head instantly<\/strong> against the same target. In this case, the external stimulus was the moment when the driver turned to the right and hit me with the car<\/strong>, without any external indication that he intended to stop. Likewise, the \u201clocals\u201d Vin\u021bonescu Gabriel, Lascu Cornel, Bocea Adrian, and Antal Andrei admitted that they saw what happened and remained consistent until the end of the criminal investigation. Antal\u2019s statement: Of our witnesses, only the members of the Coman family changed their deposition. There was a moment when I believed that Alin Coman was the bargaining chip for \u201cwhitewashing\u201d the criminal, but looking retroactively, \u201ccoolly,\u201d at the thread of events, it is very clear to me that the Coman family had no reason to let themselves be blackmailed. After I was run over by the car, Alin Coman blackened Leordean Vasile\u2019s eye. This deed occurred after<\/strong> the commission of the attempted murder, and the causal connection is the reverse <\/strong>of the one maintained by the \u201ceco\u201d agents: it was not the violent episode against Leordean that generated the criminal\u2019s deed, but the reverse, precisely the criminal\u2019s deed directly and immediately generated the act of aggression against Leordean<\/strong>. Coman Alin would not have assaulted Leordean if Andrioni had not driven the car over me. That is why Leordean did not even file a complaint following the aggressions. The Coman family had no reason to lie in favor of my torturers. Theoretically there was no reason for blackmail for the \u201c<\/strong>deeds\u201d <\/strong>of Coman Alin, but as I studied the attempted murder file, the complicity of the Coman family with our aggressors became more and more obvious.<\/strong><\/p>\n Coman Nelu never told me that mayor Daniel R\u0103ducanu paid him a visit at home two-three days before the attack at R\u00e2ul Alb. He knew that R\u0103ducanu was in a suspiciously close relationship with those who built the micro-hydropower plant in his commune and that the raids against us started from Baru. The mayor being the godfather of S\u0103l\u0103\u015fan Luca \u2013 the one who \u201cspied\u201d on us ever since the winter of 2014-2015. R\u0103ducanu came to the Coman family\u2019s home after the incidents of 17 May in which S\u0103l\u0103\u015fan Luca, his godson, and Coman Alin were involved, the dispute that was the subject of the criminal file constructed retroactively, artificially, and \u201cwith the pen.\u201d It is clear that R\u0103ducanu went to intimidate, even though he claims that it was a religious moment: \u201cMr. Nelu Coman\u2019s wife is a member of the Baptist church in the village of Coroiesti, I went and preached during an evening service, and after the service, prior to the incident (the attempted murder, our note), he invited us to their home for a meal, that is how I also met her husband Nelu Coman, who served us fish at the table and said that he works for Mr. Bocea at a trout farm of his\u201d <\/em>(doc.10)<\/em><\/a>.<\/em> So, the Pentecostal<\/strong> pastor Daniel R\u0103ducanu goes to preach in the Baptist<\/strong> church in Coroie\u015fti, on a working day in the middle of the week, and comes to take SUPPER (the last supper?) <\/strong>for the first and only time at the Coman family, which was just in conflict with his godson. All this has nothing to do with the Christian miracle, nor with chance. They are just poorly disguised arrangements. And if we are to judge the facts in the religious terms of pastor Daniel, I can also tell you where the \u201c30 pieces of silver<\/strong>\u201d with which the betrayal of my former employee and \u201cbrother\u201d Coman Nelu was bought are found: In the elections of (2016) he was \u201c<\/em>elected\u201d <\/em>to the Local Council on the PNL lists, a party \u201cshepherded\u201d in \u0162ara Ha\u0163egului by mayor Daniel R\u0103ducanu. In the 2020 elections, Coman Nelu was the PNL candidate for the post of mayor of S\u0103la\u015fu de Sus commune, but the villagers knew the price of his betrayal and did not elect him. The recruitment of my employee seems to have been the link that was missing from the chain of weaknesses controlled by the former adviser of Elena Udrea. I expected nothing from the members of the Coman family but to tell the truth. Unfortunately, I had to reach the \u201c<\/em>ground\u201d to see who those who claimed to be next to me really were. <\/strong><\/p>\n Why say publicly \u201cthey find him guilty\u201d<\/em>, and then change your statements and not admit that you saw the criminal act that occurred right before your eyes? What pushed \u201cmy brother<\/em>\u201d to change his statements so radically? \nAt the next hearing <\/strong>Coman \u2013 Nelu\u0163u Alexandru changed his statement, lying that he saw only the moment when I was taken onto the hood, even though he was right next to me, a step behind me. \u201cThe actual scene when the off-road vehicle drove over Bocea Mihalache I did not see<\/strong>, but I saw Bocea fallen down and I deduced<\/strong> that he had been hit by that car. Personally I saw only the moment when, being in front of that car, Bocea Mihalache was taken onto the hood<\/strong>, on the driver\u2019s side, namely the left of the car, after which I saw him fallen down on the side with vegetation\u201d <\/em>(doc.8)<\/em><\/a>. <\/em>
\nIf you listen carefully to the video recordings at the beginning of this episode, you will hear how the three members of the Coman family confirm, in lavish detail, that they saw how the criminal act against me occurred. Moreover, Coman Nelu\u0163u \u2013 Alexandru admits that he was very close to me and it was not far from him being dragged under the car as well. Subsequently it seems that amnesia struck them and they say they no longer saw anything. (After I was found guilty by the <\/strong>\u201ceco<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> witnesses of having thrown myself on the car, all that was left was for my witnesses to say that they did not see that moment when I was hit by the car. The dilution of Andrioni\u2019s guilt was sought, but it did not work out for them\u2026)<\/strong>
