<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>It was a Sunday, a week before the attack at R\u00e2ul Alb. In the area of the construction site at Coroie\u015fti, S\u0103l\u0103\u015fan Luca and his girlfriend \u2013 Leordean Sara \u2013 made their appearance. S\u0103l\u0103\u015fan is part of the \u201clocal division\u201d of #activists and, according to his own statements, had been there 7-8 times to spy on the place at the urging of C\u0103lin Dejeu, to whom he had reported that: \u201cthe works on the site were at the same stage as in winter\u201d<\/em>, as he himself declares before the investigators <\/strong>(video 7.1)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> The events of 17 May are ridiculously banal: some horsing around between young people, with no connection to the investments at R\u00e2ul Alb and without me having known of the existence of that incident. The trivial event of 17 May was amplified, twisted, and publicized by the NGO propaganda, which made me out to be guilty of guarding the valley in mafia style. The absurd conclusion of the former senator Mihai Go\u0163iu is not supported even by the testimonies of the \u201cactivists\u201d involved. Here is how the facts are described by the \u201cvictim\u201d S\u0103l\u0103\u015fan Luca according to the statements given before the police bodies: \u201cOn 17.05.2015, together with my girlfriend, we went to the Daffodil Festival in the locality of Nuc\u015foar\u0103, and I told my girlfriend that, since we are in the area, we should go as far as the site area. (\u2026) At this moment, a larger ATV model with 5 seats came next to us, from which 4 men got out. The one who had driven the ATV and about whom I later found out from Sara that his name is Coman Alin, came next to us, and he and the other three began to accuse us that we had come to take photos of some logs that were cut near the bridge so that we could later steal them, and all 4 began to put their hands on my throat, they tore off a medallion from my neck, and because Sara reacted verbally to their accusations and even made an obscene gesture with her finger at them, Coman Alin slapped her across the face. In the end, after I talked with Coman Nelu \u2013 the father of Coman Alin \u2013 and explained to them the purpose of our presence in the area, he understood, and we left the area, stating that we would not return to the area\u201d <\/em>(doc.1).<\/em><\/a>From the statement of Coman Nelu, an employee of our company at that time, it results that there was no kind of aggression that day: S\u0103l\u0103\u015fan Luca:<\/em><\/strong> \u201cThe nightmare of your life has begun\u2026! I will watch it with pleasure!\u201d \u2013 18:36<\/em><\/p>\n Coman Alin:<\/em><\/strong> \u201cWe will watch each other\u2026\u201d \u2013 19:17<\/em><\/p>\n S\u0103l\u0103\u015fan Luca:<\/em><\/strong> \u201cI have seen plenty of fools\u2026 but insolent ones on top of that are rarer. It is a case that I will \u201cstudy\u201d to the marrow of the bones!\u201d \u2013 19:31.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div> When S\u0103l\u0103\u015fan Luca sent the message: \u201cThe nightmare of your life has begun\u2026! I will watch it with pleasure!\u201d<\/em>, he knew very well what he was saying and what he was relying on. Just a week later, he was part of the group of those who descended on Coroie\u015fti, when they provoked us to violence and the attempted murder was committed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> The following day, on 18.05.2015, Gotiu Mihai published an article just as mendacious and tendentious as the previous ones against us on the website romaniacurata.ro: \u201cThis morning, at the Rom\u00e2nia Curat\u0103 address, we received several images from the same area, where timber is being massively cut. Upstream from the area where the logs were brought down there is both a natural park and the Retezat National Park. The two young people who tried to climb up the valley (and who took the photographs) accuse that they were allegedly assaulted by a local councilor and two other people who were with him, being blocked from going further. WE WILL RETURN WITH DETAILS\u201d <\/em>(art.1)<\/em><\/a>.<\/em><\/strong> In this article, it can be seen that Go\u021biu Mihai went further, saying that \u201cupstream there is a natural park, as well as the Retezat National Park.\u201d<\/em> In reality, the land on which our investments are projected has nothing in common with those parks.<\/strong> Everyone knew from the locals that those logs they photographed belonged to the local joint-ownership associations. Moreover, Dejeu C\u0103lin was together with P\u0103v\u0103loiu Dan in exactly the same place, on 27.04.2015, and they filmed the same logs. The investigations proved that the cuttings were legal and that they had no connection to our investments. Returning to the alleged aggression against the two \u201cyoung activists,\u201d it must be said that there is no evidence to confirm the existence of any act of violence on 17 May 2015. As for the red mark on S\u0103l\u0103\u0219an Luca\u2019s neck, it is clearly seen that he produced it himself, after that meeting, by repeated rubbing with the cord around his neck. Not even from his statement does it result that those he met that day caused it to him. In the following episodes you will see that this incident was recorded in an official document only after the commission of the attempted murder of 24 May, and it was the subject of criminal case no. 456\/P\/2015, constructed artificially and retroactively.<\/strong> This judicial farce<\/strong> was to be used excessively and abusively by both the prosecutors and the environmental agitators. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>
\n\u201cThere I saw a boy and a girl. The boy was filming the property with a camera, which he put in his pocket the moment he saw us. I asked him what he was doing there; he told us that he had come for a walk with the girl, to make a kind of album or a wedding photo. I specify that no conflict took place between us then.\u201d \u201cI reiterate and state that, during the event described above, none of the persons was assaulted.\u201d<\/em>The hysteria provoked by the NGO press around the event pointed to us as responsible for the incident. But even so, it is clearly seen from all the statements that they were the ones who initiated and provoked the incident. Illustrative in this regard is the exchange of messages between the \u201cactivist\u201d S\u0103l\u0103\u015fan Luca and Coman Alin. The \u201cdialogue\u201d was conducted through the text messaging of the mobile phones on the evening of 17 May 2015:<\/p>\n<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>Accomplices in the Fabrication of Evidence<\/h3>\n
\nThese provocations, threats, and fabrications of evidence were made with the obvious aim of obtaining an incident that would demonstrate that we are violent, as Go\u021biu Mihai described me:
\n\u201cThe valley is guarded, in mafia style, by the company\u2019s owner and \u201cvolunteers,\u201d with clubs and dogs.\u201d<\/em> In the end, it was demonstrated that I did not exist in this story. About that \u201cvisit\u201d I found out half a year later, at the moment when I received a copy of the attempted murder file. That is when I asked Coman Nelu for explanations about the incident, and that is also when Coman Alin showed me the threats he had received on his phone\u2019s messaging.<\/p>\nNext episodes<\/h3>\n<\/div>
